Who runs this site

This website is operated by Hyperwise LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Hyperwise LLC owns and stewards the FreshCtx™ open-source project.

What we do not do

This is a static informational website. There is no account creation, no login, no contact form, no newsletter signup, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no session replay, no chat widget, and no non-essential cookies.

Technical logs processed by our providers

We do not claim zero data collection. Serving a website on the public internet necessarily involves infrastructure providers. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referring URL, timestamp, response status, and security events.

Purposes are limited to delivering pages, maintaining availability and performance, diagnosing errors, and detecting and preventing abuse, attacks, or fraud. Provider categories are limited to website hosting, content delivery, DNS, and network security.

Retention

Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, and then deleted or aged out under the provider's standard retention practices. We do not build visitor profiles from them and we do not sell or share them for advertising.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a static informational website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. To report a security issue, email security@hyperwise.io rather than opening a public issue.

Links to GitHub, hyperwise.io, and other third-party services take you to services we do not control. Those services have their own privacy notices and terms, and they may collect data when you visit them.

Cookies

This site uses no non-essential cookies, so no cookie consent banner is shown. If analytics, embedded third-party media, forms, or marketing tools are added later, this notice will be updated and consent will be implemented where required before those tools are enabled.

For privacy questions, or to ask what information may be held about your visit, email freshctx@hyperwise.io. Because the site collects no identifiers directly, our ability to locate information about an individual visit may be limited.
